As a founder and principal of PKA, Mr. Kelm is involved in all aspects of the firm’s
operation, and has primary responsibility for commercial and industrial projects
and for bridge inspection and appraisal work. He has provided structural engineering
design and project management for a wide range of project types and has particular
expertise with projects produced on a design-build basis using a fast-track delivery
process and in the design of post-tensioned, prestressed concrete structures.
